Dr. Kara Farley attended Baylor University where she graduated magna cum laude. She received a military scholarship to continue her education at McGovern Medical School in Houston, TX. She completed an internship in family medicine at the Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, FL and completed her aviation medicine training with the Navy. She then served four years as a naval flight surgeon. Following her separation from active duty in July 2020, she started her direct primary care practice in the fall of 2020. Dr. Farley is a wife and mother of two children. She loves spending time with her family, being active, and traveling.

Dr. John-Paul Jansen grew up in rural Quebec and later moved the US for college. He attended Christendom College and later earned his Doctoral degree in medicine at West Virginia University. School of Medicine. He completed residency at Kansas University for Internal Medicine. He initially practiced as a hospitalist in the Denver metropolitan area at several large hospital settings. He and his family moved to Front Royal in 2017, first working at Winchester Medical Center. Passionate about good, honest and personalized health care, he joined his father in starting a DPC practice in 2022. He lives with wife, Anne, and five children in Front Royal, VA.
