Cora discovered her love for medicine as a Student Athletic Trainer studying biology, exercise science, and psychology at Colorado College. She went on to obtain a Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University and has spent the past 13 years practicing medicine in urgent care, family practice, and the emergency department. After working years seeing more than 50 patients each day, she realized traditional medicine was no longer focused on patients. With her medical education, desire to prioritize each patient, and passion for helping people she founded Balanced Healthcare. A medical practice devoted to building authentic relationships based on convenience, accessibility, and more one-on-one time with patients. This dedication allows Cora to dig deeper into each patients questions, concerns, illness, and injury and creates an opportunity to develop each patients individualized care plan.
