Marie Antoinette Manio is a graduate of West Coast University and Texas Woman�s University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Coast University in 2014. She began her nursing career as a cardiothoracic surgical care nurse at Baylor University Medical Center. She has also worked as a resource nurse with Texas Health Resources. In 2018, she graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing Education. Thereafter, she worked as nursing faculty and served in academic leadership at West Coast University and Chamberlain University, where she provided academic support to aspiring nursing students. She earned her Post-Masters Family Nurse Practitioner in May 2022 and began serving as an advanced practice nurse practitioner since last summer. She is excited and passionate about providing high-quality primary care to the community. Her goal is to enhance access to compassionate care for all. During her free time, Marie enjoys spending time with her significant other and dog, traveling, spending time outdoors, arts & crafts, and singing.

Rachel Rombough started her career as a Registered Nurse after graduating from Crouse School of Nursing in 2006. She worked for several years as an Emergency Room nurse before completing her education at Upstate Medical University. She graduated in 2014 with a Family Nurse Practitioner degree. From there, she began her career as a family nurse practitioner working with the under-served population of Syracuse at St. Joesphs Primary Care Center West. Rachel acknowledges this as a critical time in her career development. She was afforded the ability to train under incredible and caring doctors and worked with a wide variety of patients with high medical complexities. It was during this time she developed a love of caring for individuals with limited access to healthcare.

Priscilla Brannon is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. She began her career as a Critical Care Nurse in Odessa until she moved home to Fort Worth and worked for Encompass Home Health. She recently worked as a Middle School Nurse for a Title I school in Haltom City. Priscilla has been afforded the opportunity to work with patients of all ages. She looks forward to providing affordable and high-quality healthcare to the community. Priscilla loves listening to music, true-crime podcasts, traveling, spending time outdoors, and enjoying quality time with her husband and two dogs.

Devin Windham began his nursing journey in 2015, earning his Associate’s Degree in Nursing from a community college in Alabama. He went on to gain valuable clinical experience working as a registered nurse in a Level II trauma center and emergency department in Wichita Falls, Texas, while simultaneously completing his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Midwestern State University in 2018. Shortly after graduating, Devin pursued his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, specializing in pediatrics, and graduated in 2020. Since then, he has proudly served as a pediatric provider with Cook Children’s for the past five years. In 2025, Devin expanded his scope of practice by completing a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner, allowing him to offer comprehensive care across the lifespan and bringing him to DPC Burleson. Outside of work, Devin enjoys exercising, adventures with his family, drawing, and an occasional round of golf. Above all, he treasures time spent with his wife, their two children, three dogs, and naked cat.
