Dr. Eric Stanek is a first-generation family medicine board-certified physician. His education and training closely resemble that of his brother, Dr. David Stanek. Born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Dr. Eric Stanek is excited to be back in his home state. With a passion for family medicine, exercise physiology, sleep hygiene, mental health, and metabolic health and wellness, he is happy to meet patients where they are at in their health journey. Dr. Eric is currently accepting new primary care patients at DoctorsNow in Altoona. He enjoys mixed martial arts and is trained as a boxing instructor. In his free time, he enjoys travel with friends and family and follows Creighton men's basketball.
EDUCATION Grand View University, BSc in Nursing University of Nebraska Medical Center, MA Nurse Practitioner, Women's Health St. Louis University, PGDip in Family Practice BIOGRAPHY Natasha hails from the small town of Lenox, Iowa. After graduating with a BSc from Grand View University, she achieved a Master’s degree in Women’s Health as a nurse practitioner. As a nurse practitioner, Natasha was employed at an OB/GYN and family planning office. In 2015, she pursued a post-master’s degree in Family Practice from St. Louis University. Natasha has been a valued member of the DoctorsNow team since 2016. Natasha takes care of her three English Bulldogs when she's not working. She and her daughter often enter their pups in local dog shows!
