Dr. Eric Stanek is a first-generation family medicine board-certified physician. His education and training closely resemble that of his brother, Dr. David Stanek. Born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Dr. Eric Stanek is excited to be back in his home state. With a passion for family medicine, exercise physiology, sleep hygiene, mental health, and metabolic health and wellness, he is happy to meet patients where they are at in their health journey. Dr. Eric is currently accepting new primary care patients at DoctorsNow in Altoona. He enjoys mixed martial arts and is trained as a boxing instructor. In his free time, he enjoys travel with friends and family and follows Creighton men's basketball.

Dr. Stanek is excited to be back in Iowa practicing innovative medicine at DoctorsNow. On the clinical front, he�s passionate about metabolic health & longevity medicine. In his free time, he enjoys working out and follows Creighton Men�s Basketball and MMA.
As a Nurse Practitioner, Tracy provides holistic care for our patients with a family-centered focus. Her nursing experience is extensive, spanning from urgent care and primary care to emergency and trauma, pediatrics, inpatient acute care, hematology, and oncology. Tracy enjoys serving her community and connecting with patients to develop plans to improve their overall well-being: mind, body, and soul. She is the proud recipient of the Compassion Award for her work in the medical field. Outside of work, Tracy likes to cycle, travel, be on the water, and hunt with her family.
