Louisa Crosby is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Since 2013, Louisa has worked across a spectrum of healthcare specialties including patient advocacy, primary care, internal medicine, women's health, geriatrics, trauma, and veteran care. In 2022, she founded�Gannett Health Direct Primary Care based in Sheridan, Wyoming. Her practice is grounded in advocacy-centered patient care - guiding her patients to thrive with integrative, evidence-based, and novel approaches to whole person health.
